Returns Policy

Guarantee
The Global Fund for Children guarantees that each product offered for sale on its website(s), including but not limited to www.globalfundforchildren.org, conforms to the product’s stated form and content.

The Global Fund for Children will make every effort to ensure that orders of products from its website(s) are filled promptly and that products reach their purchasers in good and fit condition for use; however, any failures with regard to these goals do not and shall not represent an actionable breach of any express or implied contract with or guarantee to customers. The Global Fund for Children expressly disclaims, where allowed by law, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping
Shipping is by ground transportation unless The Global Fund for Children and the customer have agreed on alternative shipping arrangements.

Returns and Refunds
You may return products sold by The Global Fund for Children through its websites within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the product does not show obvious signs of use, is in its original condition, is not damaged and is not missing any parts (unless the product arrived in such condition). The Global Fund for Children will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of its error, or if the product you purchased arrived in damaged condition. To obtain a prepaid return shipping label from The Global Fund for Children, you must inform The Global Fund for Children of the error or damage. If the return is not the result of an error by The Global Fund for Children or an arrival in damaged condition, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

NOTE: If you are not using a prepaid return shipping label, The Global Fund for Children recommends that you (i) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the products being shipped so that you are protected if the products are lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (i) use a carrier that offers tracking or (ii) insure or declare the full value of the products, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products that occurs during shipping.

When you return a product within 30 calendar days of its delivery, you may choose one of the following options:

(i) receive a replacement for the returned product;
(ii) exchange the product for another product. If the replacement product costs less than the product you originally purchased, you will receive a refund for the difference in cost from The Global Fund for Children. If the replacement product costs more than the product you originally purchased, you will be charged for the difference in price between the two products; or
(iii) receive a refund in the amount paid for the product returned, minus shipping and handling costs if the return is not a result of an error by The Global Fund for Children or an arrival of a product in damaged condition. Refunds are generally available within 30 days.

Certain Returns Prohibited
The Global Fund for Children will not accept any return of the following products:

(i) products that show obvious signs of use; or
(ii) products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts, unless the product arrived in such condition.

You are responsible for paying all taxes, where applicable, relating to any of your online purchases of products from The Global Fund for Children.
